A return of the ever popular soup/stew from the Champagne district.
Substantial and rustic. Made with pork, chicken, bacon, sausages, carrots, celeriac, cabbage, onions, soisson beans, chick peas, leeks, turnips and potatoes.
Served with hot bread.
