TIMOTHY TAYLOR LANDLORD - Arguably the best beer in the country, it has just wone the accoldae of "Best Bitter" at the Great British Beer Festival and is in most beer drinkers list of favourites. Worth it's trip all the way down from Yorkshire.. 4.3%

And last but by no means least our regular guest ale -

HARVEYS - from nearby Lewes. At 4% a fabulous ale that's keeping great (ask the CAMRA folk!)

"A Pint of bitter in a jug please luv ........ " On her first training one young barmaid actually tried to serve a pint of ale in a glass 'jug' when asked for the above! Lucky we caught her in time.......
