Friday and Saturday 12pm to 12am

Recent events and news include....

New chef at The Greys

News is, I'm afraid, that due to his badly broken foot which has just needed surgery and plates and bolts etc Paul will not be returning to The Greys as our chef.

He is likely to be out of action for a considerable period of time and I'm sure we all send him our best wishes for as quick a recovery as possible.

So - we have a new chef in the shape of Roz Batty who has joined us after spending time at Due South (Head Chef for 2 years) and more recently The Wellington in Kemp Town and The Meadow Restaurant in Hove. She has also served as Pastry Chef at Claridges in London as well as a few other reputable London establishments!
